Founded by Dr. Randy Dellosa, Life Change Recovery Center (LCRC) is a psychiatric facility and rehabilitation center for people suffering from schizophrenia, depression, addiction, and other unmanageable behaviors. Two days muna akong nagpahinga to celebrate the christmas season with my family. Then, we're back sa LCRC. May aerobics session ulit kami with Gayle of UST. Medyo nakakalungkot lang kasi hindi kumpleto yung mga residents na nadatnan namin at hindi rin kami kumpletong mga practicumers. Pero sabi nga, "The show must go on." Ayun, na-stretch ulit yung mga joints namin at after naman ng aerobics, nabuhayan na ulit ang mga dugo namin.
Sa afternoon naman, movie watching kami. Pinanood namin yung "Polar Express" featuring the voice of Tom Hanks. Akmang-akma siya sa christmas season kasi tungkol siya sa isang batang naniniwala kay Santa Claus. Nakakatuwa lang kasi kahit bata pa lang siya ay mayroon na siyang "faith" kahit kay Santa Claus nga lang.
Hope to see more movies sa mga darating pang mga araw and more aerobics session with Gayle hehe...
